Qualifications

• Basic math and cash handling skills are expected.
• Strong customer service and communication abilities are essential.

Responsibilities

• Provides clear, polite communication in person, by phone, chat or email.
• Explains products and suggests the most suitable options for customers.
• Supports branch operations including new accounts, teller, and safe deposit areas.
• Performs teller duties: deposits, cashing checks, withdrawals, and money orders.
• Maintains a balanced cash drawer and resolves discrepancies.
• Assists customers with online banking and cash management products.
• Maintains monthly records of accounts opened and closed.
