Job summary

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent.
• Minimum 30 months banking experience preferred.
• Cash handling and customer contact experience preferred.
• Strong confidentiality and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Perform teller duties: deposits, cash checks, and related customer service tasks.
• Refer customers to bank staff to promote products and services.
• Resolve inquiries about checking and savings accounts.
• Open, close, and maintain customer deposit accounts; gather BSA information.
• Support vault operations, cash handling, ATM settlement, and reports.
• Assist with NSF, non-post, and collections activities.
• Provide referrals and drive sales while delivering excellent service.
