Job summary

Raymond James Financial is seeking an Associate for the Managed Customer Accounts team in Memphis. The role supports the Cash Distributions function, working in a hybrid environment with 40% in-office and up to 60% work-from-home, and requires daily interactions with branches and the home office.

Under supervision, you will review accounts, process deposits and distributions, respond to inquiries, and maintain data files. Strong attention to detail and organizational skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of two (2) years’ experience in customer service or the financial services industry.
• Any equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training approved by Human Resources.

Responsibilities

• Performs a variety of operational procedures within the department, including account reconciliation, deposits and distribution requests, security requests, and other tasks.
• Reviews account activity and branch requests; processes deposits and distributions in a fast-paced environment.
• Answers calls and questions regarding managed accounts.
• Researches and provides resolution on basic departmental business issues.
• Reviews incoming emails and documents; takes action on cash, margin, and basic and advanced security transactions.
• Sends notices to AMS Trading to act on requests.
• Communicates with branches and advisors as needed.
• Maintains a variety of data files and records.
• Performs other duties and responsibilities as assigned.
