Raymond James Memphis is seeking a Client Services Representative to act as the liaison between branches and the home office, assisting clients with inquiries and facilitating issue resolution. The role operates under general supervision and emphasizes accurate communication and customer service.

This position follows a hybrid work model with 3 days in the Memphis office; training runs 8 weeks, Mon–Fri 8:00 am–4:30 pm. Strong organization and problem-solving skills are required to succeed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in customer service or call center environment preferred.

Responsibilities

• Responds to inquiries or complaints primarily by phone, with some emails.
• Researches requests and gathers necessary information from policies/procedures.
• Coordinates resolution with departments and informs customers of actions taken.
