Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; 1+ years securities industry or related experience preferred.
• Ability to onboard clients, open accounts, and research client data using internal systems.
• Experience with CRM software and producing reports for meetings.

Responsibilities

• Serves as first contact for high-volume client interactions via phone, email, in person, or virtual.
• Onboards new clients, opens accounts, and researches client data in internal databases.
• Inputs orders, rebalances portfolios, and prepares financial reports for client meetings.
• Maintains client records, monitors transfers, and supports marketing events.
