Job summary

Achieve, a leading digital personal finance company, is entering Nevada and hiring a call center loan officer. You may serve as Branch Manager and/or Qualified Individual in NV, supporting residential HELOC lending and mortgage workflows.

You’ll learn mortgage systems, reactivate NMLS licenses, and handle leads with consultative sales skills. Beyond a dynamic mortgage role, Achieve offers a comprehensive benefits package and career growth as we expand our mortgage business in Nevada.

Qualifications

• Current NV resident; role must reside in NV.
• Active NMLS (or able to be reactivated) and SAFE exam completed.
• 3+ years of mortgage lending experience.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Willingness to obtain state and federal licensing as needed.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate applicants' financial status, credit, and property details to determine mortgage eligibility.
• Advise and educate clients on mortgage products and the application process.
• Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and gathering required information.
• Operate Mortgage Origination System, CRM, and related software across the end-to-end process.
• Communicate with prospects, applicants, and vendors with ongoing follow-up.
• Qualify for multiple state licenses within the first 45 days.
