Job summary

Achieve is expanding its mortgage operations in Missouri and seeks a call center loan officer. The role can evolve to Branch Manager and/ or Qualified Individual in MO, offering the chance to shape a growing mortgage business in the state.

You will learn mortgage-specific systems and work toward reactivating NMLS licenses while receiving leads and applying consultative sales skills. You will need MO residency, active NMLS or reactivation, and passing the SAFE exam, with 3+ years mortgage lending

Qualifications

MO resident required to reside in MO.
Active NMLS license or ability to reactivate.
Passed the SAFE exam.
3+ years of mortgage lending experience.
Eligible to complete state and federal licensing requirements.

Responsibilities

Evaluate applicants' financial status, credit and property details for mortgage eligibility.
Advise clients on Lendage mortgage products and application process.
Assist clients in completing mortgage applications and collecting required information.
Operate LO systems, CRM, and related software across end-to-end mortgage process.
Communicate with prospects, applicants, and third-party vendors with follow-up.
Aim to qualify for multiple state mortgage licenses within 45 days.
