Qualifications

• Must be admitted to practice in Nevada.
• Minimum of 1 year of law firm experience.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and supervise a heavy and diversified Nevada caseload.
• Communicate with clients regarding matters.
• Draft pleadings, motions, legal memoranda, and review/draft agreements.
• Interface with opposing parties to resolve or settle claims.
• Conduct legal research on contractual and consumer-law issues.
• Travel for in-court appearances as needed.
