Job summary

Siemens Healthineers seeks an MR Clinical Education Specialist to deliver onsite and virtual education on MRI systems across the Northeast, Central, and Southeast regions. You will design and develop training materials, evaluate customer education needs, and collaborate with the Education Development Specialist and teaching staff to ensure customer excellence, with frequent travel (90–95%).

Ideal candidates have a BS/BA (or higher), MR modality licensure, 4+ years' experience, and teaching

Qualifications

BS/BA in related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
Registered and/or licensed in MR clinical modality.
Typically 4+ years of successful experience in related field.
Siemens MR system experience required.
MR cardiac and/or advanced neuro experience - preferred.
Teaching experience – preferred.

Responsibilities

Deliver onsite and virtual education to customers on Siemens MRI systems, software features, functionalities and workflows.
Facilitate the design and development of onsite and virtual education for internal and external Siemens partners.
Evaluate education needs and create training plans with materials, tutorials, instructions, and learning resources.
Support Coach accounts as needed; collaborate with Education Development Specialist and training staff.
Travel 90-95% to customer sites to deliver education and maintain program effectiveness.
