Qualifications

• Must meet one of the following education requirements: nursing assistant experience, clinical rotations, foundation course enrollment, nurse aide training completion, or active state registry.

Responsibilities

• Provide personal hygiene care and assist with nutritional needs.
• Provide comfort care and assist with daily activities.
• Safely transfer patients and assist with mobility.
• Take vital signs and document findings.
