Responsibilities

• Provide safe direct patient care in assigned unit.
• Monitor patients and report changes to RN or physician.
• Maintain clean, stocked environment and supplies.
• Record admissions data, vital signs, intake/output.
• Assist with feeding, hygiene, ambulation and mobility.
