Qualifications

• Diploma or Associate degree in nursing from an approved program.
• RN to BSN enrollment within two years of start date and completion within five years unless grandfathered.

Responsibilities

• Deliver and document direct, age-specific care per medical orders and care plan.
• Safely administer prescribed medications and monitor for interactions.
• Provide direction and education; develop leadership at unit level.
• Organize work and supervise others across shift rotations.
