Job summary

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• BLS or annual Manikin training including CPR and AED after 6 months of hire.
• Preferred: Medical Assistant course, diploma program, or 1 year of professional experience.
• National MA Certification (AAMA, AMT, NHA, NCCT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Support efficient patient flow throughout the practice.
• Assist during office visits, including rooming patients and supporting examinations, procedures, and treatments as directed.
• Perform clinically appropriate care coordination tasks, such as general patient guidance, test results, prescription refill support, and related follow-up needs.
• Maintain neat, clean, organized, and safe patient care areas.
• Interact with patients and families in a professional, friendly, and compassionate manner.

Education

High School diploma/GED

BLS or Annual Manikin training including CPR and AED after 6 months of hire

Medical Assistant Course or diploma program or a minimum of 1-year professional experience

National MA Certification via AAMA, AMT, NHA, or NCCT
