Job summary

Jackson Physician Search is assisting an established North Houston private neurosurgery practice in recruiting a BE/BC Neurosurgeon with a strong spine focus. You would join an experienced team including neurosurgeon, PAs, and medical assistants across six clinics.

The opportunity offers base salary plus RVU production with potential earnings up to $2.5 million, daily OR access, and a 4–5 day work week supported by a $50,000 sign-on bonus and relocation assistance.

Responsibilities

• Perform a high volume of spine and cranial cases as part of a diverse team.
• Daily OR access with mornings in the OR and clinic in the afternoons.
• Case mix includes traditional, minimally invasive, endoscopic, and robotic-assisted spine procedures.
• Provide comprehensive patient care with emphasis on spine pathology.
• Collaborate with physician assistants and medical staff across multiple locations.

An established private neurosurgery practice in North Houston has a great opportunity for a BE/BC Neurosurgeon with a strong interest in spine to join a highly experienced neurosurgeon, 2 surgical physician assistants, and a skilled team of medical assistants across 6 clinic locations.

You will have the potential to earn up to $2.5 million while building a practice around advanced minimally invasive, endoscopic, and robotic-assisted spine techniques in one of the fastest-growing regions of Greater Houston.

The Opportunity:

• General neurosurgery position with a strong emphasis on spine
• Guaranteed Base Salary + RVU Production with $2.5 Million Earning Potential
• Daily OR access with surgery in the mornings and clinic in the afternoons, seeing 20 to 25 patients per session
• 80% spine and 20% cranial case mix, including traditional, minimally invasive, endoscopic, and complex spine procedures
• Access to robotic-assisted surgical technology
• 4 or 5 day work week with 10 call days per month
• $50,000 Sign-on Bonus and Relocation Assistance
