Jackson Physician Search represents an established private neurosurgery practice in North Houston seeking a BE/BC Neurosurgeon with a strong spine interest to join a seasoned team across six locations.

The surgeon will perform 80% spine and 20% cranial cases, with access to robotic-assisted technology, and a guaranteed base salary plus RVU production, offering earning potential up to $2.5M, a $50,000 sign-on bonus, relocation assistance, and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• BE/BC Neurosurgeon with a strong interest in spine.
• Guaranteed Base Salary + RVU Production with $2.5 Million Earning Potential.
• Daily OR access with mornings in the OR and clinics in the afternoon, seeing 20–25 patients per session.

Responsibilities

• General neurosurgery with a strong emphasis on spine.
• Perform spine and cranial procedures with an 80% spine / 20% cranial mix.
• Utilize robotic-assisted surgical technology and participate in a 4–5 day work week with 10 call days per month.
