Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Neurosurgeon to join an established team.

You will provide high-acuity neurosurgical care with precision, guiding patients and families through complex treatment decisions. Candidates must be BC/BE in Neurological Surgery with Texas license or eligibility, completion of an ACGME-accredited residency, and American Board Certification with active BLS.

• Completion of ACGME-accredited neurosurgery residency.
• American Board Certification and active BLS.

Responsabilités

• Join an established neurosurgery team with a large referral base.
• Treat a broad range of neurological conditions with precision.
• Option to specialize in spine.
• Operate with privileges at St. Luke's The Woodlands Hospital (6 ORs; 4 with da Vinci Xi).
• Use Epic EMR for documentation.

*Job Summary and Responsibilities*

As our Neurosurgeon, you will join our established practice at Baylor St. Luke's Medical Group in The Woodlands, TX. You will play a pivotal role in the success and development of our practice.

Every day you will deliver high-acuity neurosurgical are through precise diagnosis, evidence-based decision making and expert management of complex neurological conditions. You will guide patients and families through complex neurosurgical treatment with clarity, compassion and consistent communication.

To be successful in this role, you will be BC/BE Physician with a passion for helping patients, strong clinical skills, and a commitment to providing high-quality comprehensive care.

• Join an established Neurosurgery team, with a large primary care referral base and built-in referral system
• This role involves treating a broad range of neurological conditions
• Option to specialize in spine
• Operating room, admitting and consulting privileges at St. Luke's The Woodlands Hospital, which includes 6 operating rooms, 4 of which are equipped with the da Vinci Xi robotic platform.

We are offering a competitive base salary that includes guaranteed base salary, production and quality incentives, CME allowance, sign-on bonus and relocation assistance, as well as 30 days off including time for sick leave, PTO and CME. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package that includes 401k with match.
