Job summary

Cihealthgroup is recruiting a Board-Certified Neurosurgeon to join a busy East Texas program. The role offers a mix of cranial and spine procedures with two clinic days and 2–3 OR days per week, plus 1:3 call with APP support and access to state-of-the-art ORs.

The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience and will join a growing program with room for 1–2 additional surgeons, in a region with strong community demand and a high quality of life.

Qualifications

• Board-certified neurosurgeon with 5+ years of experience.
• Experience with cranial and spine procedures.
• Strong APP support and well-equipped ORs.

Position Highlights

Call

• 1:3 call, with APP first call support

Compensation

• $2M Annual Income-RVU Structure
• $100,000 sign-on bonus
