Qualifications

• Must have completed an accredited Nurse Practitioner Program.
• Current, active, unrestricted California RN license.
• Current, active, unrestricted California Nurse Practitioner license.
• Current, active, unrestricted Furnishing license and DEA registration.

Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive care in ambulatory or inpatient settings.
• Coordinate multi-disciplinary care, education, monitoring and communication with patients and referring physicians.
• Operate within scope of practice with required state licensure and privileges.
• Credentialing and privileges must be completed before first working day.
• Maintain privacy and security of PHI across Health locations and affiliates.
