Responsibilities

• Ensures efficient patient flow and assists with exam room readiness and vital signs per protocol.
• Assists practitioners with medical and surgical procedures (ECG, venipuncture, immunizations, specimen collection).
• Maintains clean, stocked exam rooms and inventory; supports environmental safety rounds.
• Communicates with patients and care team to support timely visits and patient satisfaction.
• Performs delegated procedures per specialty guidelines and participates in staff meetings.
