Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Within six months of employment, attain CMA/ RMA/ NCMA/ CCMA/ NRCMA certification if not already held.
• BLS/CPR certification required.
• 0–2 years of experience in a relevant role.

Responsibilities

• Ensure efficient patient flow and prepare exam rooms. Take vitals and document visit details.
• Assist with ECGs, venipuncture, immunizations, and CLIA-waived testing as directed.
• Stock and disinfect exam rooms; monitor equipment and inventory; maintain safety protocols.
• Support the care team with patient needs and communications.
• Perform delegated procedures per specialty addendum and clinic guidelines.
