Qualifikationen

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent; Banner-approved medical assistant program.
• Active Medical Assistant Certification (RMA/CMA/CCMA/NCMA).
• BLS certification required on hire.
• Strong computer and interpersonal skills; ability to manage multiple priorities.

Aufgaben

• Prepares patient for exam by taking vital signs and documenting symptoms.
• Assists providers with exams and minor in-office procedures.
• Coordinates care including pre-certifications, referrals, and scheduling; communicates test results.
• Provides clerical support and ensures complete medical records and accurate billing information.
• Maintains clean clinical areas and manages supplies and equipment.
