Responsibilities

• Oversee administrative functions including surgical documentation and forms processing.
• Serve as a clinical resource to MOC teams and liaise with physicians for inquiries.
• Coordinate diagnostic imaging and pre-surgical workups for procedures.
• Prepare, submit, and track prior authorization requests with payers.
