Qualifications

• Master's Degree from an accredited PA or NP program.
• Current Massachusetts PA or NP license.
• 5+ years of APP experience.
• Leadership, supervisory, or program coordination experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide clinical leadership and direct patient care as PA/NP in Neurosurgery.
• Lead, coach, and develop a team of Advanced Practice Providers.
• Oversee staffing, scheduling, and onboarding activities; manage workforce planning.
• Partner with physicians, nursing leaders, and hospital leadership.
• Support quality improvement, documentation, billing, and regulatory standards.
