The Brigham and Women's Hospital, Inc. is seeking an experienced APP Manager to lead the Neurosurgery APP team at South Shore Hospital.

This role combines clinical practice and leadership, offering an opportunity to drive operational excellence, develop APP talent, and deliver exceptional patient care across neurosurgical settings. Ideal candidates are collaborative PA-Cs or NPs with strong leadership experience.

Formación

• Master's Degree from PA/NP program and MA license required.
• Current Massachusetts PA or NP license.
• 5+ years of APP experience.
• Leadership/coordination experience preferred.
• Strong clinical and leadership capabilities.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced healthcare environment.

Responsabilidades

• Provide direct patient care as a Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner within Neurosurgery.
• Serve as a clinical resource and mentor to APP staff.
• Lead, coach, and develop an APP team.
• Oversee recruitment, staffing, onboarding, and workforce planning.
• Support quality improvement initiatives and clinical excellence.
• Ensure compliance with documentation, billing, and regulatory standards.
