Sentara Healthcare is recruiting a Nurse Practitioner or Physician Assistant for its Neurosurgery team at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital in Virginia. This is an opportunity to join a dedicated team focused on quality patient care and teamwork within a Level I Trauma Center.

The position includes a rotating schedule with potential for night and weekend work. Benefits include a $10,000 commencement bonus, $5,000 retention bonuses for years two and three, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• One year's experience in neurosurgery or neuro-critical care is preferred.
• Ability to work rotating schedule including nights and weekends.
• Fully integrated EHR (Epic) experience is beneficial.

Responsabilités

• Provide care for patients in ED, NCCU, trauma, and medical floors.
• Responsible for emergent bedside procedures.
• Surgery assistance at Level I and III Trauma Centers.
