Job summary

Sentara Medical Group in Norfolk, VA, is seeking a PA or NP to join a renowned Neurosurgery team. You will work with 8 neurosurgeons and 12 Advanced Practice Providers in a Level I Trauma Center setting at Sentara Norfolk General Hospital.

One year of neurosurgery or neuro-critical care experience is preferred. The role features a rotating schedule with some nights/weekends and a comprehensive benefits package, including bonuses and tuition assistance.

Qualifications

• One year's experience in neurosurgery or neuro-critical care preferred.
• PA or NP background in neurosurgery.

Responsibilities

• Provide care for patients in ED, NCCU, trauma, and medical floors.
• Perform emergent bedside procedures.
• Work with a team of neurosurgeons and AP providers in a Level I trauma center setting.
