Qualifications

• Virginia RN License is required.
• BLS Certification required within 90 days of hire.
• 3 years of nursing experience required.
• 1 year of management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Supervise patient care services staff and ensure safety and quality.
• Interview, hire, and develop staff to build a reliable team.
• Assist in budget development and payroll processes; coordinate purchasing.
