Qualifications

• PhD/MD/PharmD with 5+ years or MS with 10+ years in pharma or equivalent.
• Strong translational science background with neuroscience focus.
• Experience leading biomarker programs and translational medicine strategies.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional leadership in a matrix environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead translational and biomarker strategic plans for China-developed compounds.
• Manage one or more clinical programs from translational to lifecycle stages.
• Design and oversee biomarker data generation, analysis and reporting.
• Coordinate China-based activities with internal operations and CROs.
• Ensure budgets, timelines and regulatory considerations are integrated into strategy.
• Author and review translational medicine sections of clinical/regulatory documents.
