AbbVie seeks a senior figure to lead strategic medical and scientific activities within its Neuroimmunology Portfolio. Reporting to the Global Head, you will guide data generation, expert engagement, and communications across early and late development, partnering with commercial to influence product strategy and market access.

You will oversee cross-functional teams, develop scientific programs, and ensure alignment with budgets, timelines, and compliance while advancing launch readiness.

Qualifikationen

• Advanced degree required (PhD/PharmD/DVM); post-doctoral or residency experience preferred.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional team management skills in a global environment.
• Expertise in Neuroimmunology with ability to provide scientific strategy and support.
• Excellent oral and written communication in English; people management experience preferred.

Aufgaben

• Lead assigned indications and projects with cross-functional teams (Medical, Clinical Development, Commercial, Market Access, HEOR).
• Initiate and manage medical affairs activities, data generation, and dissemination to advance scientific and business objectives.
• Provide scientific support for assets, deliver presentations, maintain relationships with key opinion leaders, and contribute to cross-functional teams.
• Guide development of Target Product Profiles (TPP), contribute to Phase II-III trial design and lead Phase 3b/4 strategies in line with TPP.
• Lead advisory boards, scientific and medical education programs for internal and external stakeholders.
• Stay current on literature; initiate and publish research projects.
• Lead cross-functional teams on data analysis, expert engagement, publications, and collaborations.
