Compass Pathways is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of a novel mental health therapy across certified treatment centers in a defined US territory. Field-based role with emphasis on clinical education, account management, and patient access.

You will build partnerships with psychiatrists and health systems, deliver scientifically grounded education, and navigate reimbursement and access pathways to enable patient access.

Qualifications

• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets preferred.
• Experience launching novel therapies or operating in pre-launch environments.
• Experience with specialty treatment centers, IDNs, academic medical centers, or complex site-of-care models preferred.

Responsabilités

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake of the therapy.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, behavioral health systems, and other stakeholders.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant, and compelling product and disease-state education to providers.
• Identify appropriate patients and support providers in understanding referral pathways.
• Collaborate with treatment sites to support onboarding and treatment workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics including scheduling and patient flow.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Operations for coordinated execution.
• Support patient access by understanding reimbursement pathways and assisting providers with access challenges.
• Gather and communicate actionable field insights to inform brand strategy and launch execution.
• Manage territory business planning, including account prioritization and call planning.
