Job summary

Compass Pathways plc is seeking a Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of a novel mental health therapy across certified treatment centers in a defined territory. This field-based role requires building strong relationships with psychiatrists and healthcare systems while aligning with regulatory and patient-access frameworks.

You will educate providers with scientifically accurate information, identify eligible patients, and support onboarding and treatment workflows.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets is preferred.
• Strong ability to communicate complex scientific concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake.
• Develop and maintain strategic relationships with psychiatrists and treatment centers.
• Deliver compliant, scientifically accurate disease-state education to providers.
• Identify suitable patients and understand referral pathways.
• Collaborate with certified treatment sites to optimize delivery workflows.
