The role combines clinical education, account management, and cross-functional collaboration to shape a new treatment ecosystem in mental health and support launch efforts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience in specialty areas.
• Strong clinical acumen and ability to communicate complex concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to support launch and uptake.
• Develop relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and health systems.
• Deliver scientifically accurate education to healthcare providers.
• Identify suitable patients and assist providers with referral pathways.
• Collaborate with sites to onboard and optimize treatment delivery workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics, scheduling, and patient flow considerations.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, and Commercial Ops for execution.
• Support patient access by addressing reimbursement challenges.
• Provide actionable field insights to inform brand strategy and launch.
• Manage territory planning, call planning, and performance tracking.
• Demonstrate ethical, patient-centric behavior and cross-functional collaboration.
