Job summary

Compass Pathways is seeking a Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist to drive adoption of an innovative mental health therapy across Scranton, PA and surrounding areas. You will build partnerships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and health systems, while aligning with regulatory and patient access frameworks.

This field-based role requires substantial travel and clinical education expertise. The candidate will engage providers through a highly consultative approach, supporting launch

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• 5–8+ years of pharma/biotech sales in specialty areas.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health preferred.
• Proven track record launching novel therapies.
• Experience with specialty treatment centers and site-of-care models.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy for launch.
• Develop relationships with psychiatrists and treatment centers.
• Deliver scientifically accurate, compliant education to providers.
• Identify patients and support referral pathways.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure coordinated execution.
• Support patient access and reimbursement discussions.
