Compass Pathways seeks a Neuroscience Therapeutic Sales Specialist for field-based work in Harrisburg, PA, Reading, PA, and State College, PA with up to 70% travel. You will drive adoption of an innovative mental health therapy, build strong partnerships with psychiatrists and treatment centers, and ensure alignment with regulatory, safety, and access frameworks.

The role combines clinical education, account management, and patient access, shaping a new treatment ecosystem in mental health.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required (advanced degree preferred).
• 5–8+ years of pharmaceutical or biotech sales experience.
• Experience in psychiatry, CNS, or behavioral health markets is preferred.
• Experience with site-of-care models, payer processes, and pre-launch needs.

Responsibilities

• Execute territory-level commercial strategy to launch and uptake the therapy.
• Develop strategic relationships with psychiatrists, treatment centers, and care systems.
• Deliver compliant, scientifically accurate education to providers.
• Identify patients and help providers with referral pathways.
• Collaborate with sites to onboard and optimize delivery workflows.
• Navigate site-of-care dynamics, scheduling, and patient flow.
• Partner with Medical Affairs, Market Access, Patient Support, and Commercial Ops.
• Support patient access by addressing reimbursement challenges.
• Communicate field insights to shape brand strategy and launch plans.
• Manage territory planning, calls, and performance tracking.
• Demonstrate ethical, patient-centric engagement and teamwork.
