Bristol Myers Squibb in Charlotte, NC is seeking a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist in Psychiatry to advance scientific engagement with health care providers and promote approved indications within a defined territory.

The TAS will spend 100% in the field, building credibility with RTLs and physicians, delivering balanced, evidence-based discussions, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to optimize the customer experience and ensure compliant promotion.

Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a scientific field and/or 5+ years in pharma/biotech healthcare sales or MSL roles.
• Ability to communicate scientific/clinical data accurately to physicians.
• Proven credibility with key customers and cross-functional teams.
• Experience in neurology is preferred.
• Strong account management and selling capabilities with a track record of meeting goals.

Responsibilities

• Promote approved indications within a defined territory to meet or exceed sales targets.
• Engage in scientific dialogue with HCPs, delivering balanced, evidence-based information.
• Collaborate with field teams to enhance Customer Experience (Cx) and share insights with stakeholders.
