Job summary

Bausch Health is seeking a Territory Manager for Neuroscience in Charlotte, NC. You will drive product adoption, develop territory plans, and educate healthcare providers while maintaining compliant, high-quality customer service.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, manage reimbursement questions, and strive to exceed sales targets in a fast-paced pharmaceutical environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 2 years pharmaceutical or B2B sales experience preferred, with a demonstrated track record of success.
• Resides in or within close proximity to assigned geography required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license with a good driving history to travel to customer locations.

Responsibilities

• Drive product adoption and sell on key clinical attributes for Neuroscience products within Charlotte geography.
• Develop, analyze, and execute territory/account plans to achieve and exceed business results.
• Educate healthcare providers on appropriate and accurate product prescribing.
• Provide patient support resources and use approved materials.
• Complete required training and certification for responsible products and disease states.
