Bristol Myers Squibb is seeking a Senior Therapeutic Area Specialist in neuroscience to engage Health Care Providers with scientifically grounded discussions and to drive adoption of medicines within a defined territory. The role emphasizes field-based engagement, medical accuracy, and ongoing update of therapeutic data.

You will collaborate with Medical on Call and other field teams to ensure a high-quality Customer Experience for HCPs, while meeting regulatory and company standards.

Formación

• Advanced scientific degree or equivalent experience in pharma/biotech.
• Ability to communicate scientific data clearly to physicians.
• Experience building credibility with healthcare customers and office staff.
• Proven sales performance and account management skills.
• Experience in Psychiatry is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Promotes approved indications within a defined territory to meet sales targets.
• Articulates clinical rationale for product use to appropriate patients.
• Maintains scientific expertise on assigned products and therapeutic areas.
• Implements comprehensive territory and account plans.
• Uses CE^3 tools to derive insights and inform call plans.
• Conducts in-office presentations and discusses data consistent with label.
• Organizes external speaker programs and scheduling logistics.
• Gathers insights to improve customer experience and shares with stakeholders.
• Complies with laws, regulations, and policies.
