Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional to increase territory sales and deepen customer relationships within designated UT markets. You will engage providers with both in-person and virtual strategies, leveraging digital tools and data insights to maximize impact while aligning with Pfizer’s quality and compliance standards.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 2+ years in sales or 6+ years with an associate degree, with preferred pharma/medical experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent in a related field.
• Minimum 2 years of professional sales or promotional activity experience; or 6+ years with an associate's degree; 8+ years with a high school diploma.
• Experience in healthcare/medical sales or marketing is preferred.
• Must live within 25 miles of the territory border and have a valid US driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales in the assigned territory.
• Engage with customers face-to-face and virtually.
• Develop and implement territory call plans and live/virtual engagement strategies.
• Build rapport with customers using digital tools for engagement.
• Analyze internal reports to identify strategic business opportunities.
• Educate providers on product value using disease-state knowledge and approved materials.
• Collaborate across the organization to address inquiries and Pfizer objectives.
• Complete administrative tasks accurately and on time.
