Pfizer is seeking a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional to drive territory sales and develop relationships with customers in designated areas of California. The role emphasizes strategic planning, in-person and virtual engagement, and collaboration with cross-functional teams to advance Pfizer objectives.

The position requires a Bachelor’s degree and relevant sales or healthcare experience, with a base salary and quarterly incentive structure. Travel within the territory is expected.

Qualifications

• Must have professional sales or promotional activity experience.
• Experience in healthcare/scientific roles is preferred.
• Knowledge of the territory customers and markets helpful.

Responsabilités

• Drives sales in assigned territory.
• Engages with customers both face to face and virtually.
• Develops and implements territory call plans and engagement strategies.
• Builds rapport with customers in live and virtual environments using digital tools.
• Uses internal reports and analytics to identify opportunities.
• Educates providers on product value with approved information.
• Collaborates across the organization to address inquiries and Pfizer objectives.
• Completes administrative tasks on time and compliantly.
