Job summary

Pfizer is seeking a Neuroscience Health & Science Professional to drive territory sales and develop customer relationships through strategic promotion. The role requires strong product and disease-state knowledge, analytical skills, and proficiency with digital engagement tools.

You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to meet Pfizer objectives while advancing patient access and care. The position emphasizes remote collaboration, field-based promotion, and compliance with Sunrise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree required.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in professional sales or promotional activity or an associate’s degree with 6+ years; or high school diploma with 8+ years of relevant experience.
• Entrepreneurial experience or small business ownership is a plus.
• Healthcare/scientific roles (e.g., RN, Pharmacist, PT, OT) are acceptable backgrounds.
• Educator roles (Teacher, Principal) are considered relevant experience.
• Full-time military experience is valued.
• Must live within 25 miles of the territory border.
• Valid US driver’s license with clean driving record; DUI/DWI in past 7 years disqualifies.

Responsibilities

• Drives sales in assigned territory.
• Engages with customers face-to-face and virtually.
• Develops and implements territorial call plans and engagement strategies.
• Builds rapport with customers using live and digital tools.
• Uses internal reports and analytics to identify opportunities.
• Educates providers on unbranded and branded products with disease-state knowledge.
• Collaborates across teams to address customer inquiries and Pfizer objectives.
• Completes all administrative tasks on time and compliantly.
