Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Neuroscience Sales Representative to support the Northern NJ region (Jersey City, Newark, Morristown, Princeton). You will build relationships with healthcare professionals, discuss clinical evidence, and drive territory growth in a compliant, ethical manner.

You will collaborate with the CAPLYTA® team and internal stakeholders, manage budget and territory plans, and stay current on market dynamics to optimize patient impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.
• 1+ years of documented success in B2B sales; pharmaceuticals, biologics, and/or medical device sales preferred.
• Must have valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Strong verbal, presentation, and listening skills.
• Travel may be required domestically and overnight.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales performance to meet or exceed forecasts in assigned territory.
• Educate healthcare professionals on clinical evidence, indications, and product efficacy/safety.
• Manage budgets to achieve territory objectives and allocate resources.
• Develop local business plans and collaborate with stakeholders to achieve business objectives.
• Maintain knowledge of local market and key influencers and share insights with internal teams.
• Provide education to healthcare providers through compliant programs.
• Complete required training within timelines.
