Qualifications

• Experience in MATLAB, R and Phyton is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform tissue culture experiments using iPSC-derived neural cells.
• Use methods like fluorescent in situ hybridization, immunohistochemistry, Ca2+ imaging, and MEA recording.
• Conduct rodent experiments with surgical techniques, post-operative care, and behavioral studies per IACUC protocols.
• Manage a colony of transgenic mice, genotype samples, record genotypes, and manage breeders.
• Use microscopy and image analysis systems to collect data and analyze with R/GraphPad Prism.
• Plan experiments in coordination with the PI and other methods.
• Collaborate with lab members to advance the research.
