You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on-label information and insights that support patient care and business goals. Responsibilities include proactive outreach to HCPs, organizing speaker programs, and leveraging digital tools to connect with customers while ensuring compliance with company guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Experience in neuroscience or HCP engagement preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical information clearly and persuasively.

Responsibilities

• Proactively reach out to HCPs on product access and on-label information.
• Engage customers via virtual or digital tools and coordinate with colleagues.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups for discussions.
• Ensure customer requests are met and solicit feedback on engagement quality.
• Collaborate with ecosystem team to adjust targeting and call point plans.
• Act on insights to inform local strategy and business goals.
• Elevate opportunities and feedback to the Area Business Lead.
