Job summary

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school.
• 1 year clinical experience (RNs with less than 12 months experience will complete the new grad requirements).
• California Registered Nurse (RN) – CA Board of Registered Nursing – REQUIRED
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professional (AHA BLS Healthcare) – REQUIRED
• NIH Stroke Scale (NIHSS) – REQUIRED

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
• Clinical leadership: delegate and supervise care delivery to unit team members.
• Document and chart patient care per department guidelines and policies.
