Job summary

Sharp HealthCare is seeking a registered nurse to provide direct and indirect care to patients and families within an acute setting. The role follows a 12/36-hour shift pattern with weekend requirements on an alternating basis.

Placement within the pay range depends on RN experience and collective bargaining agreements with California unions. A nurse must hold CA RN licensure and BLS for Healthcare Professionals at the time of hire.

Qualifications

• Graduate of nursing school.
• 1 year clinical experience; new grads may qualify.
• California Registered Nurse (RN) license required.
• AHA Basic Life Support for Healthcare Professionals required.

Responsibilities

• Provide direct and indirect nursing services to patients and families.
• Coordinate with multidisciplinary team to plan and deliver care.
• Document per department guidelines and ensure patient safety.
