Job summary

UC Davis is seeking an experienced administrator to provide operational support to the CNS Director and CAO, supervise the CNS student team, and manage CNS business office needs. The role coordinates CNS personnel and employment activities and informs faculty and staff on HR policies and procedures.

It also supports recruitment for academic and staff positions. The position is 100% on-site with flexible scheduling for CNS events.

Qualifications

• No minimum education required.
• 3-5 years operational/administrative support.
• Experience in recruitment and employment policies, procedures, and laws.
• Organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks, prioritize and meet deadlines.
• Interpersonal and communication skills to work with a wide variety of faculty, staff, and external sponsors.
• Ability to follow projects to completion and keep stakeholders advised of status.
