Job summary

Ipsen Biopharmaceuticals Inc. seeks an Associate Director of Neuroscience Marketing for Movement Disorders in the US market.

You will lead marketing initiatives to engage customers and patients, drive conversion and retention, and support near-term Dysport revenue growth. Responsibilities include annual strategic/tactical planning, development of HCP and patient materials, omnichannel efforts, and brand presence at key congresses, while collaborating with Sales, Training, and Finance to manage

Qualifications

• BA/BS in marketing or a related field; MBA is a plus.
• 8+ years of progressive pharma/biotech marketing experience.
• Neuroscience and/or specialty experience is a strong plus.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Brand planning and execution for Movement Disorders (Spasticity & Cervical Dystonia).
• Lead omnichannel strategy across HCP and patient channels.
• Oversee congress engagements including booths and content, on-site execution.
• Develop and monitor KPIs and communicate performance in monthly reviews.
• Ensure compliant execution of all activities and manage budget.
