Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain and care for animal colonies and husbandry tasks.
• Perform rodent stereotaxic surgery and implant hardware as needed.
• Conduct behavior assays and score results.
• Apply calcium imaging to study drug behavior.
• Perform optogenetic manipulation during behavioral tasks.
• Prepare brain histology samples and analyze with microscopy.
• Acquire and interpret confocal imaging data.
