Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Perform stereotaxic surgeries to deliver viruses and drugs to specific brain sites.
• Perform recordings in the brains of awake, behaving mice.
• Immunostaining of brain slices to characterize gene expression.
• Run behavioral assays in conjunction with optogenetics or in vivo recording.
• Genotyping and mouse colony maintenance.
