Job summary

Otsuka America Pharmaceutical Inc. is seeking a Hospital Specialist to engage healthcare providers through in-person, virtual, and digital tools, delivering on-label product information and patient care guidance in the Fort Collins area.

The role reports to the Area Business Lead and partners with Medical, Market Access, and Patient Support to inform local strategy, coaching peers and ensuring compliant, ethical engagement with HCPs across multiple products.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 2+ years in pharmaceutical sales, medical device sales, or related field.
• Ability to work in an environment undergoing transformation.
• Proven ability to explain complex clinical and product information to HCPs.

Responsibilities

• Conduct proactive outreach to HCPs on product access and on-label information.
• Engage customers through in-person, virtual, and digital tools and coordinate with MSLs as needed.
• Facilitate speaker programs and organize local provider groups for discussions with regional leaders.
• Elevate insights to the Area Business Lead to inform local strategy and goals.
